Multiple Timeline in MS Project 2013

Scenario: To show different levels of information for a different audience, e.g. the executives, or more details for a steering committee or team members.

Steps to create multiple timelines

1. Turn on the timeline,
[Go to View tab -> turn on timeline checkbox]




2. now click on the timeline combo and select More Views.


3. Choose Timeline and then copy and enter your new timeline name "Executive timeline" and you are done.


4. now just select new timeline and modify or add the tasks .
