can we use Eclipse for coldfusion ?

Hi,

Today Morning someone has asked me
can we use Eclipse for coldfusion ?

Answer is YES.

you can use Eclipse for Coldfusion Development.
infact cfeclipse is on of the most favourite IDE for coldfusion development.
for that you have to download the CFEclipse plugin from here http://cfeclipse.org/.

and here are the detail instruction how to install cfeclipse plugin

  3. hi,
I am using cfeclipse myself from last 3 years itself.

yea we can also use the textpad also for coldfusion development.
but their are so many features in eclipse itself like
    1. code snippet
    2. function help
    3. scribble pad
    4. keyboard shortcuts for tags
    etc
    that helps in coding.

however i would like to know why eclipseIDE is waste for doing CF coding.

    thanks
